Vatican Paintings

Photography is VERY strictly prohibited in the Sistine Chapel, and flash was not allowed with the tapestries; otherwise taking photos was fine in the Vatican Musuem. So no photos of the Sistine Chapel, but many pictures of some of the other amazing paintings, mostly frescoes. Nearly every wall and ceiling is elaborately decorated. This is the ceiling in the Gallery of Maps.
